Newsletter regulations

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These Newsletter Terms and Conditions (“Newsletter Terms”) set out the rules and conditions for the provision of the newsletter service by Beauty Brands Ecommerce sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Żytnia 19, 05-506 Lesznowola, Poland.
  2. The Newsletter is a series of electronic messages sent by Beauty Brands Ecommerce to the e-mail address and/or telephone number (via SMS or MMS) of a person who has given the appropriate marketing consent and has read these Terms.
    These messages contain, in particular, commercial information regarding the goods and services offered by Beauty Brands Ecommerce. They may also include other content related to the activities of Beauty Brands Ecommerce, or advisory materials which, in the opinion of Beauty Brands Ecommerce, may be interesting and useful for customers or potential customers.
  3. These Newsletter Terms constitute the terms of an electronic service within the meaning of the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
    The Newsletter service is an additional, ancillary service to the main activity of Beauty Brands Ecommerce, i.e. offering goods for sale to customers. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge.
  4. The Newsletter Terms supplement the Store Terms and Conditions. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions shall apply.
    The contact details of Beauty Brands Ecommerce regarding the Newsletter service are the same as for the Store.

§ 2 Technical Requirements and Features of the Newsletter Service

  1. In order to use the Newsletter service, the following are required:
  • a computer or other device with software that enables the reception of e-mails,
  • an active e-mail address,
  • access to the Internet.

2. By using the Newsletter, the Customer may receive from Beauty Brands Ecommerce e-mails or SMS/MMS messages containing, among other things:

  • information about new arrivals and promotions in the Store,
  • discount codes and/or information about other special benefits for Newsletter subscribers,
  • other content related to the Store and Beauty Brands Ecommerce, the Store’s industry, or educational content which, in the Seller’s opinion, may be interesting and useful for customers or potential customers.

3. Beauty Brands Ecommerce does not guarantee or declare any specific frequency of sending the Newsletter. The timing and the content of the commercial information included in the Newsletter are determined by Beauty Brands Ecommerce.

§ 3 Agreement for the Provision of the Newsletter Service, Withdrawal and Unsubscription

  1. An agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service may be concluded when:
  • a visitor to the Store fills out the appropriate form on the Store’s website,
  • providing their e-mail address and/or telephone number to which they wish to receive commercial information, or
  • during the placement of an order in the Store, when the customer expresses consent to receive commercial information by checking the relevant checkbox.

2. As an incentive to subscribe to the Newsletter, Beauty Brands Ecommerce may offer a bonus (a gift, also referred to as a “lead magnet”) in the form of a discount code, digital content (e.g. a free e-book), or another benefit related to the Store’s activities (e.g. free shipping on one order). Information about the bonus offered in connection with subscribing to the Newsletter is provided on the Store’s website.

3. The bonus is delivered to the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided at subscription, immediately after the conclusion of the Newsletter service agreement. The bonus is made available in an appropriate digital form (e.g. a link to download an e-book, a discount code, or a code to be entered in the appropriate field in the Store’s checkout to receive free shipping).

4. The agreement for the provision of the electronic Newsletter service is concluded for an indefinite period.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without giving any reason. To do so, the Customer should:

  • click the relevant link included in each Newsletter message, or
  • contact Beauty Brands Ecommerce electronically.

5. The Seller may discontinue the provision of the Newsletter service at any time, in which case all Customers will be notified.

§ 4 Personal Data

  1. Full information on the processing of customers’ personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
  2. By accepting these Terms, the Customer acknowledges that the Newsletter content will be sent in the form of electronic messages by Beauty Brands Ecommerce to the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided by the Customer (via e-mail, SMS, or MMS).

§ 5 Amendments to the Newsletter Terms and Conditions

Beauty Brands Ecommerce may make changes to these Newsletter Terms.
If the Customer does not accept the new version of the Newsletter Terms, they may terminate the Newsletter service agreement in the manner specified in these Terms.
