In the evening, apply a small amount of serum to clean and dry skin on the face and neck. Avoid the eye area. For daytime, apply a cream with SPF-filter.

If you have not used retinoids before, are after pause of usage, or have extremely sensitive skin, it is recommended to build tolerance to retinol by taking a low and slow weekly dose of retinol.

Example of skin care routine.

Use retinol in the evening, increasing the weekly dose for 4 weeks:

Week 2: 3 nights

Week 4: 5 nights
In weeks 1-2: cyclically apply treatment nights - one night apply, one night do not apply.
