The Variété powder really surprised me - it copes well with shining, and at the same time does not give a flat, "cheap", powdery effect. Quite the opposite - the particles contained in it gently illuminate the complexion, which makes it look healthy and radiant, but still matte where it should be. I love the way my complexion shimmers in the sun. Probably not everyone will like this effect, because it resembles particles, like those of vampires from the famous "Twilight" saga - but it appeals to me. The effect of the powder on the face is shown in my photo - imperfections camouflaged, and the complexion at the same time healthy radiance. I also appreciate the composition: as much as 86% mineral pigments and the addition of hyaluronic acid mean that my skin does not dry out, which often happens with mattifying powders. It works great on warm days – it keeps my makeup in place for many hours, without the need for corrections. The powder is transparent, so it easily adapts to my skin tone, which changes throughout the year. An additional plus for the included puff. You could say that I collect them, because they are incredibly soft. I definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a powder that combines mattifying, fixing and delicate illuminating in one – especially for combination and problematic skin. This is already my nth package, so the review is fully reliable.
