It stabilizes Italian, does not shine after drying. Very natural effect with good fixation. You just have to remember to take the excess off your toothbrush.

I think it's one of the strongest eyebrow gels in the market. On the plus side, it's a very handy little toothbrush that allows precision and that fixation! Until I was surprised how long it lasted and how hard it perpetuates Italian. Brilliant product!
